END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and NowsTV regarding the use of the NowsTV application (“Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant

NowsTV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws. NowsTV does not provide, host, or broadcast any media content. Our application is strictly a media player designed to play M3U playlists and legal streaming links provided by the user. We are not affiliated with any third-party content providers.

2. Nature of the Application (No Content Provided)

NowsTV does not provide, host, distribute, or broadcast any media content. The Application functions solely as a media player, allowing users to play M3U playlists or legal streaming links provided by the user. NowsTV is not affiliated with, nor responsible for, any third-party content providers.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any content accessed or streamed using the Application.
  • You will use only legally obtained content and playlists.
  • You will comply with copyright and intellectual property laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not use the Application for illegal distribution, rebroadcasting, or public transmission of copyrighted material.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including but not limited to its software, interface design, trademarks, brand name “NowsTV”, and logos, are the exclusive property of NowsTV. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application without prior written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Application may require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase or Google Play Purchase system.
  • Subscriptions may include a free trial period, after which charges will apply unless cancelled.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the user’s Apple ID or Google ID account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NowsTV shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use the Application.
  • Any content streamed or accessed by the user.
  • Service interruptions, data loss, or device issues.

    • The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, and use of the Application is at your own risk.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. NowsTV may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall cease.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
